Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. ScreenMite offers a 30-day "try it" return window on all physical goods, beginning on the date you receive your order.

If you are not fully satisfied within that 30-day period, you may initiate a return. To do so, contact us at returns@screen.management to request a prepaid return shipping label. Return labels must be requested by the customer - we are unable to issue them proactively.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be processed as a refund to your original payment method.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date you receive your item(s). Requests submitted after this window may not be honored except at our sole discretion.

To request a refund, contact us at dispute@screen.management with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and directly.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in processing or fulfillment.

However, we understand that circumstances change. If you miss the 4-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible at cancellation@screen.management - we will do our best to honor late cancellation requests if your item(s) have not yet shipped.

Important: Once a shipping label has been generated or your order has left our facility, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may use our standard return process after delivery.

Software Subscription Policy

ScreenMite software subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable by default. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms presented at checkout, including the billing cycle (monthly or annual) and the rate for your selected plan.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, your cancellation must be submitted before your renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period - you retain access to your subscription until that date.

Partial refunds: We do not typically issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, contact us at cancellation@screen.management and we will review your request at our discretion.

Discretionary cancellation by ScreenMite: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any subscription or account at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion - including but not limited to violations of our terms of service or misuse of the platform. In the event of a discretionary cancellation initiated by ScreenMite, you are not entitled to a refund unless we expressly state otherwise in writing at the time of cancellation.

Service availability: ScreenMite makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service degradation resulting from scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or any other foreseen or unforeseen event. Subscription fees are not refunded due to outages or service interruptions unless explicitly offered by ScreenMite on a case-by-case basis.

Export Restrictions

ScreenMite products are currently only available for sale and shipment within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any international destination at this time.

Orders placed with a shipping address outside these service areas will be cancelled and fully refunded. We reserve the right to verify shipping addresses and decline orders that fall outside our coverage region.

All sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive the product(s) in your jurisdiction.

Promotions & Coupon Terms

Promotional discounts and coupon codes are issued at the sole discretion of ScreenMite, Inc. and are subject to the following conditions:

One-time use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions and coupons are valid for a single use per customer and expire upon redemption.

No stacking: Multiple coupons or promotional codes may not be combined in a single transaction. Attempting to apply more than one discount code to an order may result in cancellation of that order and forfeiture of all coupons or promotions involved.

Non-transferable: Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Codes obtained through unauthorized channels are void.

Modifications: ScreenMite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using any ScreenMite product, service, platform, or website, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply regardless of your location or the nature of your use.

Lawful use only: You may not use ScreenMite services to facilitate, promote, or conduct any activity that is illegal under applicable local, city, county, state, federal, international, or other governing law or regulation - including, without limitation, the rules and restrictions imposed by any homeowners association (HOA), municipal code, or similar authority with jurisdiction over your place of use. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all such requirements before using our services.

Prohibited goods: ScreenMite services may not be used to advertise, list, sell, distribute, or otherwise transact in any item or substance that is prohibited under federal law, or that is otherwise illegal in the jurisdiction of the buyer, seller, or point of delivery. This includes but is not limited to controlled substances, unlicensed firearms or firearm components, and any item whose sale or transfer is restricted or banned by applicable law.

Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ScreenMite services complies with all applicable laws and regulations at every level of governance that applies to you - including but not limited to HOA covenants, municipal ordinances, state statutes, federal law, international treaties, and any other governing authority with lawful jurisdiction over your activities. ScreenMite makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and does not assume liability for your failure to comply.

Note: We thought about stopping at "galactic government" but decided that would be setting the bar too low. If you are somehow subject to an interplanetary or extraterrestrial governing body, those rules apply too. We're serious about compliance.

Acceptable Use

All users are expected to interact with our services, our staff, other users, and the general public in a respectful and lawful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Harassment and abuse of persons: You may not use ScreenMite services to harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, stalk, or otherwise abuse any individual or group - including ScreenMite employees, contractors, or other customers. This applies to content displayed through our platform, communications directed at our team, and any other use of our services to target a person or group. Exception: Other campaigns - such as political advertising, advocacy, or public awareness efforts - are permitted provided they are conducted in full compliance with all applicable government guidelines, regulations, and disclosure requirements governing such communications in your jurisdiction.

System interaction: We recognize that technically inclined users may wish to test our platform. You are permitted to interact with ScreenMite systems beyond ordinary use, subject to the following hard limits - all of which must be observed at all times:

1. Do not seriously degrade system capabilities. Activity that causes meaningful service disruption, latency, or instability for other users or our infrastructure is not permitted.

2. Do not intentionally exfiltrate customer data. You may not access, extract, copy, or retain data belonging to any account other than your own, or another account whose holder has given you explicit, informed consent.

3. Do not target other users. Any probing or testing activity must be limited to your own account and resources. Other users of the platform are off-limits. If you need a test account, let us know.

If you are conducting any non-standard interaction with our systems, you must keep us informed - contact infra@screen.management before or during your activity. If you discover a severe vulnerability or bug currently in use, please report it responsibly to abuse@screen.management. We appreciate the report and will review it seriously. You might earn a decent reward.

Misuse of content: You may not use our platform to distribute malware, spam, phishing material, or any content designed to deceive or harm its viewers. Content displayed through ScreenMite screens remains the responsibility of the account holder.

Enforcement: Violations of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund, and may be referred to law enforcement where appropriate.
